Shipping Coordination
Our team will contact you to confirm your purchase and coordinate your animal’s arrival date. Before shipping, you must sign an electronic Sales Agreement and confirm that you can collect your animal on the scheduled date.
Weather permitting, we ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays via FedEx Priority Overnight to your nearest FedEx Hub. Tracking information will be provided after your shipment is processed. A government-issued photo ID matching the name on the shipment is required for pickup.
Professional Packing
We ship year-round when conditions allow, using insulated boxes and heat or cool packs as needed. With over 20 years of shipping experience, our team carefully prepares each animal for its journey.
In-Person Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Plaistow, New Hampshire facility. Select “Pick up” at checkout, and our team will contact you to coordinate the details.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for qualifying purchases:
• $500–$4,999.99: Up to 30 days
• $5,000 and above: Up to 60 days
A signed payment agreement and a 50% nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit are required. Payment plans are not available for purchases under $500.

We are not doing home deliveries at this time. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday weather permitting to your closest hub for pickup. Shipping is priority overnight with FedEx.
We at New England Reptile want to make sure that your animal makes it to you not only alive but safely. We pride ourselves on our professional packaging to ensure that your animal will be protected during the stress of shipment.
Please note that purchasing an animal does not mean that the animal will ship the same day. We will contact you about available shipment dates as well as signing our sales agreement. You will not receive tracking updates until we make your label which will then go to your email. Do not call to schedule shipment dates we require email confirmation to track shipments.
We have shipped safely year round for years and will continue to do so as the weather allows. We have been shipping and selling for over 20 years and have an amazing track record getting our customers their animals in a timely and SAFE manner.

We offer a live arrival guarantee. We do not offer any guarantee past your animal arriving safely as the animals we have available for sale are well started, eating, and in perfect health when they leave the facility. ** Live Arrival Guarantee does NOT apply to amphibians.
