We will not ship until we confirm the order with you and verify that you are available to receive your animal. We ship all months of the year, using heat packs, cool packs, insulated boxes, or anything else we need to in order to ensure the safe arrival of your new purchase. We have been shipping and selling for over 20 years and have an amazing track record of getting our customers their animals in a timely and SAFE manner.
If you are local there is also the option to pick up your animal in person. Simply select pick up at check out as your delivery method. If possible, please send us an email containing your order number, the animal's ID number, name, and your best form of contact, so the transaction is as smooth as possible for all parties.

FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR ANIMAL, ALL LIVE ANIMALS WILL CONTINUE TO BE HELD AT YOUR NEAREST FED-EX HUB.
We are not doing home deliveries at this time. We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday weather permitting to your closest hub for pickup. Shipping is priority overnight with FedEx through Ship Your Reptiles.
We at New England Reptile want to make sure that your animal makes it to you not only alive but safely. We pride ourselves on our professional packaging to ensure that your animal will be protected during the stress of shipment.
Please note that purchasing an animal does not mean that the animal will ship the same day. We will contact you about available shipment dates as well as signing our sales agreement. You will not receive tracking updates until we make your label which will then go to your email. Do not call to schedule shipment dates we require email confirmation to track shipments.

We offer a live arrival guarantee. We do not offer any guarantee past your animal arriving safely as the animals we have available for sale are well started, eating, and in perfect health when they leave the facility.
